Returns & Refunds

Time Limit

You have 14 clear days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code. We extend this period to 30 days as a commercial gesture.

Conditions

The item must be returned complete, unused, in its original packaging, with its accessories and instructions. The order number must be included.

How to proceed — in three steps

1. Write to contact@yzhboutique.store with your order number, the item concerned and, if you are claiming a defect, photos.
2. We will reply within 24 working hours with a return number and the shipping address.
3. Send the item back with tracking, with the return number visible on the package.

All returns must be announced in advance

Parcels received without a return number cannot be linked to an order and will not be processed. Do not send anything back before our reply.

Ship with tracking: tracking is your proof of shipment and our proof of receipt.

Return Costs

At your expense, except for defective, damaged, or non-conforming products: in this case, we cover the return costs and offer an exchange or full refund.

Inspection upon Receipt

Each return is opened and inspected within 48 working hours: item complete, unused, original packaging, accessories and instructions. We will inform you of the result by e-mail.

If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics — packaging destroyed, accessories missing, traces of use — a proportional depreciation will be applied to the refund, in accordance with article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code. This will be justified to you in writing, with supporting photos.

Refund Period

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after the item is recovered or after receipt of your proof of shipment, whichever date is earlier (article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code). It will be made to your original payment method; its appearance in your account then depends on your bank (2 to 5 working days).

Defective Product or Damaged Package

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the product and packaging. The return will then be at our expense and without depreciation.

Exclusions

Gift cards and personalized products are not returnable. Legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects apply in all circumstances (see GTC, article 8).
