Metropolitan France and the entire European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We do not deliver outside the European Union: neither to Switzerland, nor the United Kingdom, nor the United States, nor to overseas departments and territories. If you are in one of these areas, write to us at contact@yzhboutique.store: we will notify you when it becomes available.

Delivery Times

Preparation: 1 to 2 business days after payment validation.
Shipping: 7 to 13 business days depending on the destination.
Total estimated delivery time: 8 to 15 business days.

Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses. This delivery time is longer than that of a seller with local stock: we prefer to announce it clearly rather than have you discover it after placing your order.

Standard tracked delivery: €3.90
Free for purchases over €39.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier. It may remain inactive for 48 to 72 hours, while it is being processed.

Delays

If your package exceeds 20 business days, write to us at contact@yzhboutique.store: we will open an investigation and, if there are no results within 10 days, we will reship or refund. In accordance with article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery has not occurred after 30 days, you can cancel and be reimbursed.

Customs and Taxes

No additional fees. All our destinations are within the European Union: there are no customs duties, no taxes upon arrival, and no carrier handling fees. The price displayed at the time of the order is the final price.

Incorrect Address

Check your address before validating. A package returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
