There comes a time when you realize you've bought four cables in a year. That a €30 headset lasts three months. That the phone holder ordered from a marketplace arrives bent.

YZH was born out of this weariness.

We don't manufacture anything, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we do is sort. Out of the thousands of references available from our suppliers, only about twenty make it into our catalog: those whose purpose we can explain precisely, and above all, where their limitations lie. That's why you'll find about twenty products here and not ten thousand — a catalog that we can truly know.

What we commit to doing

• Announce the actual delivery time — 8 to 15 business days — before the order, not after.
• Write product descriptions without exaggeration. When a figure comes from the manufacturer, it's stated black on white.
• State what each product does not do: each product page has its "What we don't promise you" section.
• Respond in French, within 24 business hours, by a person.
• Take back a product for 30 days, and process the return within 48 hours.

What we won't do

• Sell you a "revolutionary" accessory for €12.
• Display a fake countdown, a fake remaining stock, or a crossed-out price that never existed.
• Let you discover the delivery time after payment has been made.
